PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS 50 minute consultations: $ 150.00 30 minute consultations: $ 80.00 TAC, WORKCOVER & VICTIMS OF CRIME CONSULTATIONS These consultations will all be billed to the relevant agents. Please note that in the case where the client's claim is denied by TAC or Workcover Insurance companies, the client is responsible for the treatment costs. REPORTS & DOCUMENTS Psychological reports are complex documents requiring many hours of input. Basic reports begin at $990.00 including GST. More complex reports are billed at higher rates. Clients are responsible for report costs unless otherwise agreed. Please speak with your psychologist if you require further information. Other documentation requested by clients such as letters and forms will be billed at the pro-rata rate of $180.00 per hour. CANCELLATION / NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY All clients MUST provide 36 HOURS notice if they wish to cancel or change their scheduled appointment. Clients who do not provide adequate notice or clients who fail to attend their appointment will be charged a $120.00 fee. This fee must be paid prior to their next appointment unless a payment plan has been negotiated. GENERAL INFORMATION Current fees are significantly lower than the recommended fees of the Australian Psychological Society. Clients with Private Health Insurance are eligible to claim rebates. ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF CONSULTATION. The practice accepts CASH PAYMENT ONLY.
